Their A2 milk is boiled slowly on a wood-fire chulha, allowed to naturally form curd overnight, and then hand-churned at dawn with a traditional wooden bilona. The fresh makkhan is simmered on cow dung cakes — the same way our grandmothers made it — until it turns deep golden and fills the air with the aroma that tells you it is the real thing.
The result has a natural grainy texture — a hallmark of authentic bilona ghee — and a flavour that no factory-made product can replicate.
